Extracurriculars

I founded the MIT Climbing Club in Fall 2022. In just one year of existence, the club now has over 400 members and has held events with over 200 signups. I am the current president of the climbing club and organize events, practices, mixers, recruitment, etc, in addition to climbing for around 5 hours a week. Learn more about the climbing club here.

I am a Teaching Assistant for MIT’s Fundamentals of Programming course. I staff office hours where I help students debug and learn to code. I also write/grade exams, train lab assistants during staff trainings, and test all the problem sets.

Tamid is a business group focused on experimental learning and Israeli Startups. I’ve been a part of Tamid two years so far. In my first year, I worked on a consulting project for an Israeli startup called LOOP which is an after-school program focused on teaching children how to code. In my second year I took on a project management role for a startup called Fitback which used machine learning to enhance at-home workouts.



I am also a part of MIT’s solar electric vehicle team which builds a solar-powered vehicles to race in the World Solar Challenge. I am on the electrical sub-team and have worked on variety of different projects for the car. In my 2 years on the team, I’ve worked on the battery sub-system, wiring the car, and PCB design.



Addir is a group focused on interfaith dialogues that I’ve been a part of for about a year now. Every week, a group composed of individuals with diverse religious backgrounds meet and discuss their views on various topics.


I am a part of Pi Beta Phi’s Massachusetts Gamma chapter. I joined about a year ago and am on the academics committee.



In high school I helped teach 30+ girls how to code through an after-school club. I taught fundamental coding concepts and helped people debug their projects.



I volunteered teaching a coding class to underprivileged 4th and 5th graders in a community center for woman and children.
